Role summary
ICON seeks a Site Engagement Liaison to build and maintain relationships with clinical trial sites, support regulatory compliance, and optimize site performance. The role requires clinical research experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English and Hebrew.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- At least 5 years experience as CRA or Senior CRA; CTM experience preferred
- Demonstrated site management and site monitor/CRA background
- Experience managing startup activities through site activation
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulatory requirements
- Fluent in English and Hebrew; willingness to travel approximately 60%
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff
- Provide guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Identify and implement site engagement improvements through regular communication and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop site-specific engagement strategies
- Monitor site performance metrics and report on engagement activities and outcomes to study teams
