Role summary
ICON seeks a Site Engagement Liaison in Mumbai (hybrid) to build relationships with clinical trial sites and support sponsor-dedicated research activities. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or related field
- Minimum 2 years project or clinical trial management in multinational company
- Minimum 8+ years onsite monitoring experience with 5+ years in MNC environment
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulatory requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
- SEC presentation skills to regulatory authorities (preferred)
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required

- Foster and maintain relationships with clinical trial sites to enhance engagement
- Take responsibility for complete site management throughout trial lifecycle
- Contribute to clinical research activities and collaborative project work
- Present to regulatory authorities and subject expert committees as needed
- Manage multiple deliverables and prioritize tasks across concurrent activities
