- Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize site contracts and investigator budgets using approved templates and playbooks
- Exercise budget decision-making authority up to defined thresholds; escalate exceptions and non-standard items
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations, decisions, and contract versions in CLM systems and trackers
- Collaborate with study teams, Legal, Finance, CRO partners to resolve contracting questions and progress negotiations
- Meet established KPIs for cycle time, quality, and data accuracy; identify process improvement opportunities
