Role summary
This role directs site activation strategy and operations for clinical trials across multiple regions, managing site selection, regulatory processes, and contracting to meet study timelines. The manager oversees project execution from pre-award through site activation, ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and maintains detailed project documentation and reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- At least 5 years experience in scientific or clinical environment
- Minimum 2 years in a lead role within scientific or clinical setting
- Demonstrated experience working in international roles or equivalent combination
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory processes, and clinical trial operations
- Project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities
What you'll be doing
- Direct site activation execution including site identification, selection, ethics, regulatory processes, and contracting across multiple regions
- Develop and maintain site activation management plans aligned with project scope, timelines, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Oversee startup and lifecycle maintenance activities for assigned clinical studies from pre-award through site activation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure contract negotiation and regulatory submissions
- Provide ongoing reporting, documentation, and mentoring to support study delivery and organizational initiatives
