Role summary
Abbott seeks a Shipping & Receiving Specialist I for its Avon, Indiana facility supporting cardiac rhythm management technologies. The role involves routine assembly operations, documentation management, equipment maintenance, and quality initiatives while working Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–9:30pm, under direct supervision.

- Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes under direct supervision
- Maintain accurate job documentation for cell operations and ensure records are current
- Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices during all operations
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment to maximize efficiency and extend tool life
Compensation$16.85 – $33.75/hour
