What you'll be doing
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform capabilities
- Serve as technical lead for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware platforms
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead critical incident resolution efforts
- Mentor team members through coaching, training, and knowledge transfer on Salesforce best practices
