What you'll be doing
- Assist with new equipment introduction, fabrication, assembly, and qualification activities
- Support process validation for new test processes and work instruction development
- Lead or co-lead process and quality improvement projects for operational excellence
- Collect and analyze data using Lean Six Sigma tools to drive problem-solving initiatives
- Document test results and ensure compliance and quality throughout all activities
