- Define and maintain service architecture standards, design patterns, and guardrails across products
- Lead Service Design Reviews to ensure deployability, recoverability, diagnostics, and upgradeability
- Own core design domains including installation strategy, backup/restore, crash recovery, and observability
- Translate field and service requirements into technical architecture requirements during product development
- Provide technical direction and coaching to cross-functional NPD teams and service partners
