  • Expert knowledge of clinical documentation: Protocols, IB, CSR, CTD clinical summaries
  • Proficiency with CAT tools, translation memory, terminology management, QA tools, AI platforms
  • Business-level fluency in Simplified Chinese and English
  • Strong project planning, risk management, budget management, and vendor oversight skills

What you'll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end clinical document translation projects ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery
  • Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders, medical writers, SMEs, and external translation vendors
  • Monitor translation timelines, budgets, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance across concurrent projects
  • Drive implementation and optimization of AI-enabled translation platforms and translation management tools
  • Review and improve AI-generated translation outputs collaborating with technology teams
