- Develop learning dashboards, KPIs, and success measures aligned to organizational goals.
- Design and deliver onboarding and change management training plans with ongoing maintenance.
- Evaluate business processes and capability gaps to recommend learning interventions.
- Measure program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and stakeholder satisfaction reporting.
