Labcorp seeks a remote Senior Trainer for its Central Labs Services Global Project Delivery team. This role focuses on designing and evaluating training programs, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement across global project management initiatives.

- 3+ years supporting business process improvement, change management, or organizational development
- 4+ years training, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development experience (preferred)
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification (preferred)
- Learning management system (LMS) experience
- Change management or project management certification (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Analyze training effectiveness data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop learning dashboards, KPIs, and success measures aligned to organizational objectives
- Design and deliver onboarding and change management training materials for strategic projects
- Measure program effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, and operational metrics
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize training programs and knowledge management
Compensation$70,000-$110,000
