Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and export shipments for distribution
- Generate and verify shipping documents including invoices and packing lists
- Coordinate export orders and arrange courier quotations and collections
- Monitor on-time delivery performance and resolve shipment exceptions
- Operate material handling equipment and maintain warehouse safety standards
