Role summary

- 7+ years sales or related experience in bioproduction processes; single-use background preferred
- Technical understanding of bioproduction workflows and applications
- Demonstrated consultative selling experience and/or hardware equipment sales
- Expert presentation and communication skills; fluent English required; German or French a plus
- Ability to travel up to 60% within assigned territory
- CRM systems and Microsoft Office proficiency; valid driver's license

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities using market intelligence and territory prospecting
- Accelerate closure of existing pipeline opportunities and manage funnel progression
- Prioritize new product introduction prospects to improve adoption and revenue returns
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Field Application Scientists to develop account growth strategies
- Support technical solution matching and maintain expert knowledge of assigned product lines
