What you'll be doing
- Execute accounting operations and daily management for procurement payables including prepayments, GRIR, and AP accounts
- Lead accounting team of up to 25 associates, ensuring compliance with worldwide procedures and SOX requirements
- Oversee timely financial period closing, audit coordination, and internal control effectiveness
- Develop team members through succession planning, performance management, and knowledge of global procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities across procurement accounting function
