Role summary
This hybrid role in Taipei supports clinical trial readiness and site activation across the APAC region. Responsibilities include coordinating regulatory approvals, budgets, contracts, investigator payments, and inspection compliance. Senior-level candidates will manage complex studies, mentor junior staff, and serve as subject matter experts on financial and process topics.

What you'll be doing
- Support clinical trial start-up, maintenance, and close-out to ensure site enrollment readiness
- Coordinate trial authorizations, ethics submissions, budgets, contracts, and investigator payments
- Provide local operational support aligned with Taiwan SSU Centre activities and regional requirements
- Maintain inspection readiness through GCP compliance and trial master file management
- Manage high-priority studies and mentor junior team members at senior level
