Role summary
Bio-Techne seeks a Senior SQA Engineer to design and implement advanced test automation across instrument software, data pipelines, cloud analytics, and AI-enabled applications. The role validates end-to-end laboratory workflows and ensures data integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance across modern lab ecosystems.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ years test automation experience
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and shell scripting
- Experience with test automation tools such as TestComplete, Ranorex, or Squish
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data platforms like Databricks
- Knowledge of data formats (JSON, CSV, Parquet) and schema validation
- Experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins

What you'll be doing
- Design and implement AI-assisted test generation and validation frameworks leveraging LLMs and coverage analysis
- Develop automated validation for ETL/ELT data pipelines including ingestion, transformation, and storage
- Validate AI/ML outputs including analytics dashboards, predictions, and data quality across systems
- Design test strategies for end-to-end laboratory workflows spanning instruments, cloud platforms, ELN, and LIMS
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and data outputs while maintaining quality system compliance
