Strong technical writing and communication skills for diverse audiences
Professional certifications preferred: CBSP, RBP, CIH, ASP, or CSP

What you'll be doing

Lead development and continuous improvement of site biosafety programs, policies, and standard operating procedures
Conduct biological risk assessments for new research projects and pilot-scale processes
Oversee biosafety cabinet and containment system maintenance and regulatory compliance
Perform laboratory safety audits, containment reviews, and technical coaching for personnel
Support Institutional Biosafety Committee activities and implement management of change reviews
