- Execute troubleshooting and problem-solving with minimal guidance on complex analytical methods
- Conduct data verification and review of GMP documentation for general and complex test methods
- Lead document revisions, projects, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor colleagues on QC test methods including flow cytometry, PCR, cell-based assays, and HPLC/UPLC
