What you'll be doing

Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for U.S. and Puerto Rico operations in compliance with all regulations
Serve as primary liaison with ADP to ensure service-level agreements are met and monitor performance metrics
Ensure payroll tax compliance, withholding, reporting, and filing requirements are completed accurately and timely
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, manage payroll audits, and coordinate with compliance stakeholders
Lead year-end and quarter-end payroll activities including W-2 reporting, tax reconciliations, and employee communications
