What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years biopharma clinical or commercial logistics, supply chain, or cell therapy operations experience
- Working knowledge of GDP, GxP, and GMP requirements and regulated documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent cases and priorities across time zones
- Demonstrated judgment in responding to operational issues including delays and temperature excursions
- Clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholder updates
- Autologous cell therapy, clinical trial logistics, or real-time monitoring experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Execute day-to-day vein-to-vein coordination across active patient and order journeys from slot scheduling through final delivery
- Monitor product journey milestones and time-critical shipments in real-time using orchestration systems and courier portals
- Identify off-path events and coordinate escalation and recovery actions with internal teams and logistics partners
- Maintain chain of custody documentation, traceability controls, and accurate data entry in operational systems
- Provide proactive communication and status updates to internal stakeholders and operational partners
