Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues involving performance, scalability, and distributed systems
Experience with network troubleshooting and profiling tools like Wireshark, GDB, and VisualVM

What you'll be doing

Develop high-quality software solutions addressing customer escalations and support incidents
Investigate and resolve defects through root cause analysis; create and validate patches for customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and system reliability
Apply TDD/BDD techniques and Agile practices to manage priorities and deliver performant solutions
Support recruitment, onboarding, and skill development of team members
