Role summary

Abbott's Neuromodulation division seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and build full-stack software for connected implantable medical devices treating chronic pain and movement disorders. What you'll be doing

Design, implement, and maintain full-stack software for connected neuromodulation products across multiple technology layers
Own features through complete lifecycle from design and implementation through verification, release, monitoring, and field support
Write secure, maintainable, and observable code meeting IEC 62304 Class C standards with comprehensive automated test coverage
Develop reliable interfaces and data flows across user interfaces, mobile components, backend services, embedded devices, and cloud systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning software, firmware, cybersecurity, quality, regulatory, and clinical functions
