Role summary
A Senior Site Specialist will manage clinical trial site operations across Poland, handling document oversight, site communications, and process improvements. - Serve as primary operational liaison for Polish site personnel on documentation and study processes
- Update site status and information in clinical trial management systems accurately and timely
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and communications with sites alongside CRAs and project teams
- Mentor junior site support staff on procedures and best practices; identify workflow improvements
