Advanced AMPscript and SSJS; strong HTML/CSS and SQL expertise
Expert knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, MobileConnect, and MobilePush
REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, SFTP, and integration troubleshooting experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or related discipline
Proven experience delivering solutions across multiple clients, verticals, or geographies

What you'll be doing

Lead design, implementation, testing, and optimization of omnichannel SFMC solutions delivering measurable outcomes
Build sophisticated cross-channel journeys using Journey Builder with precise targeting, decisioning, and contact policies
Develop dynamic personalized experiences using AMPscript, SSJS, CloudPages, and subscription preference centers
Design data models using Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and segmentation logic; configure Data Cloud streams and identity resolution
Mentor junior team members through code reviews, documentation, training, and technical problem-solving
