Role summary

- Lead and author QC deviations, laboratory investigations, CAPAs, and change control documents
- Conduct root cause analysis on complex non-routine investigations and ensure compliant closure
- Generate compliance reports, track KPIs, and analyze CAPA effectiveness
- Represent department during internal and external regulatory inspections and governance forums
- Train and mentor staff on deviation, investigation, and change control procedures
