What you'll be doing
- Design, execute, and optimize analytical methods to evaluate cellular function with high technical rigor and independence
- Perform flow cytometry, cell culture, ELISpot, and colony assessment procedures to support assay development
- Analyze experimental data using statistical software to evaluate assay performance and identify process improvements
- Author protocols, SOPs, technical reports, and regulatory documentation; organize findings for presentations
- Collaborate across functional teams on analytical strategy and maintain laboratory organization and instrument readiness
