What you'll be doing

Provide fitness guidance to members, recommend programs, monitor exercise techniques and coach during workouts
Assess fitness center and employee needs; recommend programming to improve employee health outcomes
Support fitness center operations including equipment maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and guideline adherence
Design and lead stretch programs with proper form instruction and activity documentation
Teach group exercise classes
