What you'll be doing
- Conduct qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out site visits both remotely and in-person
- Monitor site performance including recruitment, enrollment, protocol adherence, safety reporting, and data query resolution
- Maintain and reconcile regulatory documentation in the Investigator Site File and eTMF
- Manage investigational product accountability, storage conditions, and timely SAE reporting to IRBs
- Communicate regularly with site staff, Principal Investigators, and internal leadership regarding progress and issues
