What you'll be doing
- Lead and establish new programs for formulation, filling, inspection, assembly, and packaging operations
- Develop, write, review and approve standard operating procedures, specifications, and batch documentation
- Conduct on-the-floor quality reviews of equipment logs, training records, batch records and test results
- Support audits, inspections, investigations, and perform material quarantine and line clearances
- Mentor manufacturing staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement
