Role summary
This role involves developing and maintaining costing tools and proposal systems to support business development in clinical research. The successful candidate will work across regions to enhance processes, provide training to users, and deliver high-quality proposals and budgets for new opportunities while ensuring operational effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior pharmaceutical or CRO industry experience
- Experience in proposal development, contract development, or related field
- Understanding of industry cost drivers
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Word and Outlook
- Fluency in English with excellent written communication abilities
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and under pressure
What you'll be doing
- Develop, support, and maintain costing tools and associated modules across regions
- Provide initial and ongoing training to Business Development systems users
- Support delivery of high-quality client proposals, budgets, and grids for new opportunities
- Collaborate on process improvements and identify technology solutions to enhance efficiency
- Mentor Systems Analysts and assist in developing training materials for proposal teams
