- 6+ years project management experience, ideally leading complex product development internationally
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations without direct line authority
- Strong communication, organization, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Very good written and spoken English proficiency
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies preferred
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead international product development projects through initiation, execution, and market launch phases
- Establish project plans, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms ensuring stakeholder transparency
- Monitor project performance against time, cost, quality, scope and regulatory milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional interfaces across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Operations
- Communicate project status, risks and decisions to senior management and stakeholders
Compensation€5,917 - €9,895 EUR monthly (39 hours/week)
