What you'll be doing

Lead enterprise-wide SRM transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and continuous improvement
Design and implement supplier segmentation models, governance frameworks, and engagement processes
Develop supplier scorecards, dashboards, and KPI frameworks with executive reporting capabilities
Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams to enhance supplier maturity
Influence cross-functional senior leaders and communicate program progress to executive audiences
