Role summary

Asimov seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end customer engagement campaigns for its synthetic biology platform. Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, business, or related field
7+ years program or project management experience in life science service organizations (CDMO, CRO)
Strong understanding of cell line development and/or biologics process development
Proven ability to drive alignment across matrixed organizations without formal authority
Working knowledge of R&D and CMC workflows in BioPharma
Proficiency with project tracking tools, Google Workspace, CRM, or PSA platforms
Program management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent) preferred

What you'll be doing

Track program milestones and communicate gating decisions to internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functionally with technical operations and CDMO/vendor partners to maintain execution alignment
Identify and escalate technical, operational, and cost risks early with preventive action recommendations
Serve as primary point of contact for program status, scope, and timeline with customers and commercial leads
Surface expansion, renewal, and adjacent scope opportunities based on execution visibility
