Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Conduct structured voice-of-customer research with engineering teams to identify tool and automation priorities
- Own end-to-end deployment programs from pilot through full rollout, including training and change management
- Lead program management for cross-divisional automation initiatives and China Innovation Center coordination
- Build program governance, portfolio tracking, and status reporting across architecture and automation initiatives
- Monitor adoption metrics post-deployment and adjust programs based on engineer feedback and usage data
