- Independently perform organic synthesis at milligram to kilogram scales
- Manufacture specialty chemicals including crosslinkers, biotinylation reagents, and resins
- Perform in-process and final-product analysis using multiple analytical methods
- Troubleshoot reactions and process issues; lead root-cause investigations
- Train junior scientists and support new product introduction teams
