Role summary
Senior Production Planner role managing service parts, repairs, and spare components planning for a combined Waters and BD operation. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years production planning, supply chain planning, materials planning, or manufacturing operations
- 5+ years SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA supporting planning functions
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, and MRP
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities
What you'll be doing
- Own production planning for service parts, repairs, spare components, and option kits
- Convert forecasts into production, procurement, and inventory plans while balancing demand and capacity
- Identify and resolve supply shortages, inventory risks, and planning constraints
- Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and Service teams on parts availability
- Support S&OP, Supply Reviews, inventory planning, and serve as SAP planning SME
