Role summary
Senior Product Manager will partner with US brand leadership to operationalize marketing strategy through offshore-delivered operations, content, and analytics capabilities. The role focuses on translating brand priorities into execution-ready initiatives, championing automation solutions, and enabling scalable marketing operations.
What they're looking for
- BA/BS degree; MBA or MS preferred
- 7+ years product management for US brands, including marketing operations or product owner experience
- Practical familiarity with enterprise marketing platforms (AEM/DAM, Workfront, SFMC/Veeva or equivalents)
- Experience applying analytics and automation to simplify marketing operations and drive measurable outcomes
- Experience partnering with centralized/offshore delivery teams and managing vendor relationships
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial marketing experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Act as primary partner to brand leadership, translating strategic priorities into execution-ready initiatives and capability requests
- Collaborate with commercial teams, delivery pods, analytics, and compliance to sequence work and deliver brand outcomes
- Champion analytics and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve time-to-insight across marketing operations
- Define measurable KPIs and SLAs, recommending operational changes based on performance results
- Mentor small product team and represent product in cross-functional decision forums
