What you'll be doing

Execute and troubleshoot filtrations, distillations, hydrogenations, chromatography, and pyrophoric material handling
Lead shift operations independently in Team Leader absence
Train and mentor junior technicians on proper procedures and quality standards
Support preventive maintenance and process improvement initiatives
Ensure GMP compliance, SOP adherence, and accurate documentation

Compensation$60,000 CAD base annual salary (excluding shift premiums and overtime)
