What you'll be doing

Define and communicate product vision grounded in patient/clinician workflows and system interoperability
Establish customer discovery cadence and synthesize insights into roadmap priorities and backlog decisions
Own KPI scorecard for assigned products, tracking success metrics and adjusting priorities based on performance
Own full device and digital lifecycle including modernization, technical debt, and obsolescence planning
Serve as single accountable voice of value, partnering with engineering, quality, regulatory, security, and commercial teams
