- Active CISSP or comparable industry-recognized security certification (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex technology transformation initiatives (preferred)

- Lead architecture, design, and technical strategy for CIAM platforms supporting external users
- Define and maintain architecture standards, reference models, and design principles for identity solutions
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions
- Ensure platform security, availability, performance, monitoring, and operational readiness across CIAM environments
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and future-state planning
