Role summary
Stryker seeks a (Senior) Pricing Specialist for the DACH region to manage pricing strategies, conduct business analyses, and optimize pricing processes. The role combines strategic pricing responsibility with data-driven analytics in a hybrid work environment.

- Degree in economics, business administration, finance, controlling, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4 years experience in analytical roles, controlling, purchasing, or industrial pricing
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Fluent German and English in written and spoken communication
- Expertise in healthcare, hospital, or medical device pricing structures (preferred)
- Knowledge of process optimization and system implementation (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Manage end-to-end pricing maintenance including list prices, discounts, and customer-specific pricing lists
- Develop regular analyses and reports on pricing, margins, and market potential
- Support strategic annual price increases and oversee their implementation
- Create dashboards and management reports to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with contracts and tender teams and cross-functional stakeholders on data insights
Compensation€47,000 - €78,300 EUR annual base (Duisburg, 40 hours)
