Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to design and operate MLOps and shared platform capabilities for cardiac device software systems. What you'll be doing
- Design and implement MLOps and shared platform capabilities improving developer productivity and operational efficiency
- Independently architect technical solutions for cloud, distributed systems, machine learning, and infrastructure challenges
- Build reusable services, automation, APIs, and self-service capabilities that standardize engineering workflows
- Support end-to-end machine learning lifecycle including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and operations
- Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis to resolve production issues and enhance platform reliability
