What you'll be doing

Serve as Project Manager or deputy for assigned pharmacovigilance projects and contractual partnerships
Manage full or local pharmacovigilance systems including end-to-end case processing, safety reports, and risk management activities
Update standard operating procedures and provide subject matter expertise on pharmacovigilance processes
Maintain key performance indicators, forecasting, and budget planning for the QPPV office
Act as primary customer contact and EU QPPV representative, managing Health Authority communication and inspection readiness
