What you'll be doing

Deliver exceptional customer support for administration, order management, quotations and master data requests

Maintain proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems and ensure high data accuracy
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPI metrics and engage in efficiency initiatives
Participate in cross-training activities and support other customer service teams as needed
