Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Senior Operating Room Sales Representative for the Iowa and Nebraska territory to drive revenue through capital and consumable product sales addressing respiratory surgical complications. What you'll be doing
- Drive capital and consumable portfolio sales addressing respiratory surgical complications to operating rooms and hospital leadership
- Develop territory opportunities and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Identify, qualify, and execute sales strategies for competitive and revenue growth opportunities within assigned territory
- Coordinate with field sales team to achieve incremental revenue and target sales goals
- Deliver strategic messaging at trade shows, presentations, and board meetings; provide clinical support and product consultation
