Role summary
Kymera Therapeutics seeks its first dedicated AI leader to define and execute enterprise AI strategy across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, this hands-on role will partner with executive leadership to identify and implement AI solutions addressing scientific and business challenges in a clinical-stage biotech setting.

- Define and maintain enterprise AI strategy aligned with clinical and scientific priorities
- Prototype, build, and deploy AI solutions across research, development, regulatory, and operations
- Evaluate, select, and administer AI platforms and tools across the organization
- Establish AI governance policies in partnership with information security and leadership
- Manage external AI vendor relationships and operationalize successful engagements
