Role summary

Senior Operations Analyst role within Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics Supply Chain team based in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. What you'll be doing

Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Deliver teams to drive business performance and manage customer improvements
Conduct data analysis across multiple sources to identify root causes, trends, and implement solutions for complex operational issues
Optimize Deliver processes to support New Product Introductions and quarterly planning activities
Lead projects focused on supply chain efficiency and provide subject matter expertise for change impact assessment
Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership using executive summaries, Power BI dashboards, and other tools
