What you'll be doing
- Provide medical education and support to patients and healthcare providers on disease management and therapy
- Deliver telephone support including patient adherence calls and inbound/outbound coordination
- Apply case-management protocols for clinical monitoring, data collection and adverse event reporting
- Coordinate prescription drug coverage and reimbursement solutions with insurers, pharmacies and agencies
- Maintain accurate case records, manage databases and conduct file audits
Compensation$76,200 CAD - $119,460 CAD
