- PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO preferred; other doctoral degrees considered
- 7+ years in medically related field including 1 year clinical practice, research, or clinical research
- 2+ years as medical science liaison in biotech or pharmaceutical company
- Cardiometabolic and/or obesity expertise
- Experience serving assigned California territory
What you'll be doing
- Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions with opinion leaders and healthcare providers on obesity
- Engage clinical investigators and sites supporting obesity pipeline development
- Communicate clinical, outcomes, and economic data to population health decision makers
- Provide balanced scientific information consistent with compliance standards
- Lead congress activities and support speaker training on new data
