Role summary

Senior Medical Project Coordinator for EMEA region managing clinical trial projects across multiple programs. Responsible for safety data review, project oversight, financial monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to ensure compliance and optimal performance throughout project lifecycles.

5+ years clinical safety experience in clinical research monitoring, pharmacovigilance, or combination thereof
Advanced knowledge of GCP principles for medical oversight of clinical trials
Advanced knowledge of safety data trending including coding and drug development processes
Strong project management, budget monitoring, and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and oral communication with ability to mentor and lead others
Working knowledge of biostatistics, data management, and clinical procedures

What you'll be doing

Conduct first-pass safety data review using line listings and dashboards; identify trends and escalate issues as needed
Prepare safety summations for review meetings and aggregate report sections
Serve as primary project lead and contact for clinical teams on assigned studies
Create and maintain medical management plans ensuring alignment with contracts and service requests
Monitor project financials, forecast units, and coordinate staff allocations; escalate financial risks
